Sunny Steel can provide a variety of boiler tubes and pressure tubes not normally found in our inventory on a direct shipment basis. ASME SA-178A and SA-214 tubing in diameters and wall thicknesses other than those listed are available. We are able to furnish ERW Air Heater Tube in both carbon steel and corten. Seamless boiler tubes can be provided in a variety of carbon and alloy specifications including SA-192, SA-209, SA-210, and SA-213.

Length: 25 meters maximum, we advice 11.8 meters max.
Surface condition: bright annealed and pickled

Boiler pipe refers to one of the seamless steel pipes. The method of manufacturing boiler tube is the same with seamless steel pipe,but this pipe has a requirement of the steel grades. Depending on the operating temperature, it can be divided into two kinds: general boiler pipes and high-pressure boiler pipes.
A general boiler pipe is able to work below the temperature 450°C.It’s made of hot finished or cold rolled carbon steel pipes. While high-pressure boiler tube is used to produce high-pressure or ultrahigh pressure super heater tube,reheater tube,gas-guide tube,main steam pipe and so on.
