KR Grade B steel plate is common strength shipbuilding plate which is mainly used for built hull of vessels, ship body construction.Normally when rolling,Air rolled and Control Rolled is ok for ship plate KR Grade B with the thickness equal and belows 40 Millimeters, and for thickness above 40mm,the heat treatment shall be Normalised or TMCP,these two technical treatment would improve steel strength in yield and tensile points.Low temperature impacting test for KR Grade B shall be done under zero centigree when rolling.
Technical Requirements & Additional Services:
- High tension test
- Z-Test (Z15,Z25,Z35)
- Low temperature impacting test
- Ultrasonic test under ASTM A435,A577,A578
- Cetificated by ABS,LR,GL,BV,DNV,KR,NK,CCS,RINA
- Issued Orginal Mill test certificate under EN 10204 FORMAT 3.1/3.2
- Shot blasting and Painting,Cutting and welding as per end user’s demands
