Shougang Jingtang Steel commissions new pickling line

It is reported that Hebei Province based Chinese steel producer Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Co Ltd successful hot trial test was carried out on its 2,230 mm pickling line on November 30.

On the date in question, the first roll of SPCC cold rolled sheets of 2.0 mm in thickness and 1,250 mm in width was produced on the line in question. The pickling line which mainly produces high grade auto sheets and steel sheets used for white goods has an annual production capacity of 2.15 million tonnes.
