Chromium Zirconium Copper (CuCrZr) is a high-performance copper alloy combining excellent electrical conductivity, high mechanical strength and outstanding thermal stability.
High Strength Copper Alloy for Resistance Welding Electrodes, Electrical Contacts and High Temperature Applications
Chromium Zirconium Copper (CuCrZr) is a high-performance copper alloy containing chromium and zirconium elements. It is specially developed to provide a combination of excellent electrical conductivity, high mechanical strength and superior resistance to softening at elevated temperatures.
Compared with pure copper, CuCrZr offers significantly improved hardness, wear resistance and high-temperature stability while maintaining good electrical and thermal conductivity.
Chromium Zirconium Copper is widely used in resistance welding electrodes, welding wheels, electrical contacts, electrode arms and other industrial components requiring both electrical performance and mechanical durability.
Sunny Steel supplies CuCrZr copper alloy products in tubes, rods, plates, bars and customized components according to customer requirements.
