| Carbon (C) | ≤0.08 |
| Oxygen (O) | ≤0.20 |
| Nitrogen (N) | ≤0.05 |
| Hydrogen (H) | ≤0.015 |
| Iron (Fe) | ≤0.40 |
| Aluminum (Al) | 5.5 ~ 6.75 |
| Vanadium (V) | 3.5 ~ 4.5 |
| Titanium (Ti) | Balance (calculated by difference) |
| Mechanical Index | Minimum Standard Value |
|---|---|
| Tensile Strength (T.S.) | 130 ksi (895 MPa) |
| 0.2% Offset Yield Strength (Y.S.) | 120 ksi (825 MPa) |
| Elongation (2 inch gauge length, El.) | 10% |
Note: Elongation test data for strip thinner than 0.025 inch (0.635mm) needs separate negotiation between buyer and manufacturer.
Excellent durability against seawater, brine, and aggressive chemical media. Grades Gr7 and Gr12 deliver superior performance in chloride-rich environments, outperforming 316 stainless steel and copper alloys.
Offers strength comparable to carbon steel while weighing only 60% as much. Ideal for weight-sensitive applications such as heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and aerospace structures.
Manufactured in full compliance with ASTM B265 / ASME SB-265. Optional certifications include UT (AMS 2631) and NACE MR0175 for sour service and critical applications.
Available in Gr2, Gr5, Gr7, and Gr12. Custom dimensions, waterjet cutting, and saw cutting are supported to meet project-specific requirements.
Engineering Advantage: Titanium plates combine long service life, low maintenance, and high structural efficiency—making them a cost-effective solution for demanding industrial and offshore environments.
