Ti-6Al-4V Grade5 alpha-beta titanium strip compliant with ASTM B26 standard, available in multiple thickness & width ranges with precise inch metric tolerances.

This product is Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy strip following ASTM B265 specification with UNS designation R65400, classic alpha-beta high strength titanium material. Two supply forms: continuous coil strip or custom straight cut flat blanks, such as 0.6mm × 375mm × 750mm finished pieces delivered to Austria customers.

Titanium Plate

Titanium plate is a flat-rolled product manufactured in accordance with ASTM B265 / ASME SB-265. It is widely used across medical, aerospace, industrial and consumer applications due to its unique combination of physical, mechanical and chemical properties.

Biocompatibility
Titanium exhibits excellent biocompatibility and is not rejected by human tissue. This makes it the preferred material for surgical implants, orthopedic fixation devices and precision medical instruments.
High Strength-to-Weight Ratio
Titanium offers the highest tensile strength-to-density ratio of any structural metal. It provides steel-equivalent strength at approximately 60% of the weight, making it ideal for aircraft structures, spacecraft components and other weight-critical applications.
