Whate are Water Coils?

Water coils are core heat exchange components widely applied in air handling units and duct HVAC systems, divided into two main categories: chilled water cooling coils and hot water heating coils. Each coil adopts a mature composite structure: seamless metal fluid tubes combined with stamped metal fins. Tubes are mechanically expanded into fin collars to form tight metal contact, eliminating air gaps and minimizing thermal resistance for superior heat transfer performance.

Tubes are arranged in staggered rows to disturb air flow and enhance turbulence, further improving heat exchange efficiency. We support full customization of tube size, fin type, fin density, casing material and overall dimensions to match residential, commercial and special industrial working conditions.
