What is Cast Basalt Plate?

Cast Basalt Plate is a highly wear-resistant lining material manufactured by melting natural basalt rock at high temperatures and casting it into various shapes. With exceptional hardness, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life, cast basalt plates are widely used in mining, power generation, cement, steel, chemical, and bulk material handling industries.

Cast basalt plates are engineered wear-resistant components designed to protect industrial equipment from abrasion, erosion, and impact damage. The plates are produced through a controlled melting, casting, crystallization, and annealing process, resulting in a dense microcrystalline structure with excellent mechanical properties.
