1Cr6Si2Mo tube shield is a medium-temperature heat resistant alloy anti-wear protective cover, specially developed for boiler economizer and low-temperature superheater working zones. It belongs to chromium-silicon-molybdenum martensitic heat resistant alloy, neither ordinary carbon steel nor nickel-containing stainless steel, with targeted anti-sulfur flue oxidation performance within 600℃ operating temperature range.
This series tube shield is integrally stamped from 1Cr6Si2Mo alloy plate, available in semi-circular single tube protective cover, flat fin protective plate and special wave shaped fin baffle three structural forms. It solves the abrasion thinning problem of heat exchange tubes caused by sulfur-containing ash particle scouring in tail flue of coal-fired boilers and circulating fluidized bed boilers.
Compared with 309S and 310S stainless steel tube shields, 1Cr6Si2Mo material has obvious cost advantage under medium temperature working conditions, and has become the mainstream standard matching wear part for power plant economizer reconstruction projects.

Preheat workpiece to 300~400℃ before welding, select matching heat resistant alloy welding rod, implement slow furnace cooling after welding to eliminate welding stress and cold cracks.
For snap ring fixed installation: Buckle the semi-circular shield on the tube surface, lock C/U snap rings at both ends to prevent shield displacement under flue impact.
During annual boiler overhaul, check shield thickness thinning and welding crack condition, replace severely abraded shields in advance to avoid tube leakage risk.
