1Cr6Si2Mo tube shield is a medium-temperature heat resistant alloy anti-wear protective cover, specially developed for boiler economizer and low-temperature superheater working zones. It belongs to chromium-silicon-molybdenum martensitic heat resistant alloy, neither ordinary carbon steel nor nickel-containing stainless steel, with targeted anti-sulfur flue oxidation performance within 600℃ operating temperature range.

This series tube shield is integrally stamped from 1Cr6Si2Mo alloy plate, available in semi-circular single tube protective cover, flat fin protective plate and special wave shaped fin baffle three structural forms.
